概述
Hoplisoma albolineatum 又以 C056 编号流通，体侧宽白带和没有花纹的鳍是醒目特征。野外可形成数千条的大群，人工饲养也应提供同种伙伴，不适合作为单独一条的清底鱼。
分布与栖息地
来自玻利维亚和巴西的伊特内斯河—瓜波雷河水系，属马德拉河上游流域。模式产地在玻利维亚东南部 Paraguá 河下游北岸。
常见于沙质河岸和沙洲边缘，也采自小溪及退水后残留水域。部分采点曾测到接近适温上端的温暖水和很低电导率，但这些现场读数并非要求全年固定高温。
饲养环境
优先使用细沙，圆滑砾石也可接受，但必须保持清洁。其他布景可按喜好选择，同时提供让鱼群安心停留的遮蔽。
食性与喂食
相关鼠鱼类群多是搜食型杂食鱼，缸中常用沉底干粮搭配红虫、水蚯蚓等小型活饵或冷冻饵料。应规律给予多样食物，不能只依赖上层鱼的残饵，更不能指望它替代底床维护。
习性与混养
温和、喜欢同种陪伴，至少四至六条一起饲养较合适。野生大群记录说明其群体倾向，并不意味着家庭缸需要照搬数千条的数量。
雌雄区分
雌鱼通常更大，性成熟后体形更圆、体高也更明显。
补充说明
本种有宽阔白色纵带，头顶和吻部有细小褐斑，各鳍无斑纹，吻从侧面看短而圆。容易与体高更深的 Hoplisoma xinguense 混淆。
旧名 Corydoras albolineatus 随 2024 年属级调整改为现用组合。相关甲鲶可借肠道摄取空气，偶尔上浮吞气是常见动作。搬运时需避开能造成疼痛刺伤的胸鳍硬棘，其基部腺体分泌物可能有轻微毒性。

Overview
Known as C056, Hoplisoma albolineatum has a broad white flank band and unmarked fins. Wild aggregations can contain thousands of fish, reinforcing the importance of conspecific company in captivity rather than keeping one as a solitary bottom cleaner.
Distribution & habitat
It inhabits the Iténez–Guaporé system of Bolivia and Brazil, within the upper Madeira drainage. The type locality is on the northern bank of the lower Paraguá in southeastern Bolivia.
Sandy margins and sand-bank edges are frequent habitats, with additional records from small streams and residual floodwater. Some collecting sites had warm water near the upper part of the listed temperature range and very low conductivity. Those measurements do not imply a need for constant maximum temperatures.
Aquarium setup
Fine sand is preferred. Rounded gravel is acceptable with thorough cleaning. Furnishing choices are flexible, provided the fish have covered areas for security.
Diet & feeding
Related cory catfishes are broadly foraging omnivores. Typical captive feeding combines sinking prepared foods with small live or frozen bloodworms and aquatic worms.
Offer varied meals deliberately. Scraps falling from tankmates are not a dependable ration, and these fish cannot replace substrate maintenance.
Behaviour & compatibility
Peaceful and social, it should have at least four to six conspecifics. Large natural aggregations illustrate its social tendency rather than a literal stocking target for an aquarium.
Sexual dimorphism
Females generally grow larger and become rounder and deeper-bodied at maturity.
Notes
A wide white longitudinal band, small brown spots on the head and snout, plain fins, and a short rounded snout form a useful identification combination. The similar Hoplisoma xinguense has a deeper body.
The former name Corydoras albolineatus changed with the 2024 generic revision. Related armored catfishes can take air through a specialized intestine, accounting for occasional visits to the surface. Pectoral spines may inflict painful punctures, and nearby gland secretions are suspected of mild toxicity, so transfers require care.
