Overview
Aphyosemion loennbergii, Lönnberg's lyretail, is a killifish found in several drainages of southwestern Cameroon.
Distribution & habitat
It was first described from the river now called Kienké, known in older records as Kribi. Additional records come from the Lokundje and Nyong basins, giving it a broader regional range than the original collection alone suggests.
Notes
The name honors Swedish zoologist Einar Lönnberg for his contributions to knowledge of Cameroonian fishes.
